Product Returns

If you change your mind, products purchased directly from our official website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, or similar box, without damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. *Returns and exchanges are conducted at the customer's own responsibility and expense (shipping costs are borne by the customer). If the product is returned damaged, only 50% of the refund will be given. Before returning the product, please contact us at info@plus-wabi.com. Be sure to include the order number and relevant contact information in the email.
