Our phone cases and posters are made especially for you after you place an order. Orders are scheduled to ship within 10 business days. This is the dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date; transit time depends on the destination.

Free shipping on orders of US$100 or more

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible online-store orders with a minimum purchase amount of US$100. The offer is available to all customers and destination countries where the selected products can be delivered. No code is needed. It cannot be combined with other discounts.

The threshold is US$100, not 100 units of the currency displayed on your screen. When shopping in another currency, check your final shipping charge at checkout before paying.

Shipping costs and destinations

Shipping costs vary by product and destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping methods and final shipping charge before paying. The currency shown in your cart and checkout is the currency used for your order.

Please check the shipping restrictions in each product description before ordering. Some phone models and products cannot be shipped to certain countries or regions. A country appearing in the currency selector does not mean every product can be delivered there.

Returns and exchanges

If you change your mind, products purchased directly from our official website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Contact info@plus-wabi.com before returning an item, and include your order number.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, or a similar box, without damage. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused; if an item is returned damaged, a 50% refund applies.
